These are great bars. I know they are supposed to be for women, but I find they work great for men as well. One of the reasons I really like them is the size, they are not too big and too filling like many of the protein bars out there. I find they are big enough for a small meal replacement or in between meal snack. Just FYI I'm 42yrs old, male, and very athletic and I don't need than many calories any more. There are great before a work out or in the morning w/ my coffee.

I've been eating Luna bars for a while. When I tried this bar it instantly became my favorite. I don't always get time for lunch and love to carry it in my purse and eat it on the go.

I was looking to add protein to my breakfast and/or mid-morning snack, but many of the available protein bars are far too high in carbs for what I had in mind. Other bars also tend to have corn syrup and other additives I didn't want. The list of ingredients in these bars is pretty simple, nothing nasty, and they're high in calcium too! Of course, none of this would matter if they didn't taste good, but almost to my surprise they do. I really would like to order them here, but the price is not competitive with what I found elsewhere.
