I bought the:Luna Bar, Variety Pack, 24-Count (8-Nutz Over Chocolate, 8-Caramel Nut Brownie, 8-Peanut Butter Cookie)which I thought to be the best deal at the time. I found all three flavors to be yummy,satisfying and they are especially chock full of nutrients for women's needs. I'll get to those, but I have to say first, that it's not just women who will love these - I know this for a fact, as they were disappearing at an alarming rate(faster then I could eat them by myself) and I am the only female in my household! That is really saying something, because if I deem a product to be healthy, everyone in my house avoids it.
I am always looking for snack/protein bars that are not only tasty and satisfying, but finding some that the ingredients won't give you a heart attack and at a decent price is hard to find. I spend more time reading the labels in the "Sports and Nutritional" food section in my market(and here at Amazon as well) then anywhere else. Most may meet some of my requirements, but fall short in others, some are just really bad even though they sound "good"(you may have seen some of my other reviews of these). Luna Bars are from "Clif" which I have always thought were among my top picks. The only bars I think are in the "healthier" catagory would be those that are 100% organic; usually those cost double or triple per bar as these Luna Bars come to - and the deal here at this time is even better than my local market.
So Luna Bars are made with 70% orgainc ingredients.Per serving - they are also high in protein 8 - 9 gms per bar, are 180 calories per bar,have 6 gm of fat(50 of the calories from fat),2.5 sat fat ZERO trans fat, and ZERO cholesterol in all three flavors.The other nutritional info varies a little on each. The Brownie has 110 mg sodium,27g carbs(12 of sugar carbs);Nutz over Chocolate - 190 mg sodium,25g carbs(11 sugar);P-nut Buuter - 160mg sodium,25g carbs(12 sugar).
The sugar mostly coming from Orgainic Evaporated Cane Juice and Orgainc Brown Rice Syrup. They are also a good source of Vit A,Vit C,Calicium, Vit E,Folic acid,Vitamins D and B, and much more - I did not list all, but i will keep the box panel that has all the nutrional info for a while(alas, that's all thats left of my last order), if there is something in particular you need info on,please leave me a comment and I will reply as soon as possible. No Hydrogenated Oils!
Put some in an ice chest on long drives or a good between meal snack that will tie you over till dinner time. I'll be ordering another box - when they arrive, I will put them in the vegetable compartment of my fridge, they should be pretty safe there -and they are really good cold!

I bought this product for my children because of its nutritional advantages. I wound up eating half of them myself. Very tasty. The kids loved them too.
